That the reason why Gingers house has not sold is because there are three people who wish us negative energy. They are my twin Marion and Doug's ex Nancy. Also Gingers ex caregiver Crystal. Otherwise it is perplexing. Yesterday the price was reduced. So we shall see what happens next in the interesting journey of selling this house.

Perhaps cleanse a crystal and put it in Ginger's house? It looks like it would be a lovely home for someone. That said, our old house took TEN years to sell! Because of the dairy herd next door mainly.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately the house is about 10 hours drive away other wise I would. I am hoping for the best and the price reduction will help. It is a great house. I knew that you waited a long time to sell but I did not know how long.
