I had another great trail ride on Coco. She got a new "five star" felt saddle pad. This video taken by my husband Doug who rode half way on the quad bike,  we swapped further on up the trail, he on Coco and me on the quad. I made two wood mounting blocks ( from the old deck here at our house that we dismantled a few years ago) and one is out there at the spot under a shade tree, where we swap. The stirrups have to be adjusted as well, he needs them longer.

I had a great trail ride on Coco today. My husband and I ride twice a week. We have one ride able horse of three, and share. One of us rides to a mounting block out on the trail and the other rides our quad bike and then we swap. Today my husband was waiting at a different spot closer to home, and said that the quad was low on oil. So he got on Coco and I rode the quad slowly back to home base. It was a lovely morning with temperatures in the high 70's and a slight breeze.
